The right candidate will ensure that delivered services are optimized to meet business demands and the service operations strategy, plan, measure, report and communicate service improvement initiatives, and serve as a consultant on issues and resolutions. Will also recommend actions that can be taken to optimize investments and benefits and to mitigate risks. This role will require to identify suppliers, evaluate them, on-board new vendors, establish and run vendor governance; collaborate with management and follow-up on requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments; work with project resources to provide design collateral and to configure software components so they are aligned with security policy and governance; and ensure adherence to development and configuration standards and processes

• • Leading complex projects - project management• Stakeholder management and influencing skills - especially Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including MDS, business, and external vendors, for any technical data design and migration activities.• Managing infrastructure services delivery related to the scope, support and excellence• Working in global IT function with regional or global responsibilities in an environment like Mondelēz International• Technical Review and ensure CDDs/KDEs on data design consistency with global and regional governance models.• Provide technical expertise on core data domains design/strategy for responsible objects.• Review and Owns complete Publications technical impacts (PIM/DAM/1WS/Salsify) and E2E Publications/DAM testing.• Problem Solving and troubleshooting.
  Project Financial & controlling / closure responsibility

More about this role
Education / Certifications:• University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.• At least five years of experience in similar roles• Any Data management certification such as DAMA will be a plus
Fluent in English
Job specific requirements:

• Product data syndication exposure and have worked with PIM and DAM solutions in Hands on manner. Experience in Informatica P360 and Salsify will be a plus
• Will do testing of the functionality by self
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Will lead testing of interfaces for our S4 program specifically in Syndication, PIM, DAM and associated downstream systems.
