The Assistant Casino Manager supports the Casino Manager in the daily operations of the casino, ensuring smooth execution of gaming activities and high service standards across all shifts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise daily casino operations, including table games and slot areas
- Manage shifts and ensure appropriate staffing levels
- Support, coach, and train casino team members
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and service recovery situations
- Assist in servicing VIP and high-value guests
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and gaming regulations
- Prepare operational reports and assist with performance analysis
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 21 years old.
- Minimum 1 year of casino management background
- Previous shipboard experience
- Extensive knowledge of slots, tables, and cage operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests.
