ION established its global Leadership Development Program (LDP) over 10 years ago to identify and transform recent graduates into future leaders around the world. As ION’s corporate headquarters, Dublin is also its global center of excellence for finance, legal and operations – LDP analysts in Dublin will receive world-class training and experience focused in these areas within a dynamic and fast paced global fintech firm.

Analysts will spend the first years of their career in multiple, high intensity rotations with diverse and challenging projects to maximize learning and development:
·       Corporate development and deal execution
·       Financial reporting, accounting and analysis
·       Treasury and liquidity management and analysis
·       Tax and audit planning and management
·       Legal, sales and contract management
·       Financial technology transformation and program management

Leadership Development Program analysts in Dublin will work across multiple finance areas as a time, providing exposure to items with critical management focus and time sensitivity, as well as key financial projects. 

What you'll do

You will be working at the forefront of finance and technology industries on teams with fellow analysts and experienced subject matter experts. After structured training, you will quickly be expected to take ownership of challenging projects that make a real difference to our company and our finance function. You will gain exposure and extensive skills related to the different areas of ION's capabilities. Throughout the program you will also be encouraged to pursue interests and skills outside of your rotation to further yourself and the organization.

Highlighted Analyst Projects

·       Production of high impact finance outputs, including analysis and interpretation of our commercial and financial data to management and in external investor presentations
·       Support project management by producing an effective plan and tracking capability and participate in Steering Committees for a strategic finance system implementation
·       Support senior management in contract and pricing negotiations

Basic Qualifications

·       2.1 or above university undergraduate degree
·      Business, Computer Science and Finance backgrounds required
·       Authorization to work without restriction or need for sponsorship
·       Demonstrated leadership potential both in and out of university
·       1+ relevant internship experience an advantage
·       Passion for learning, self-improvement, and has a desire for challenging themselves
·       Motivated self-starter who is proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about what they do
·       Strong problem-solving capabilities and the desire to understand the “why” behind each problem

Upon completion of the Leadership Development Program, you will have a well-formed view of the fintech industry and rounded experience of finance. Through the rotational opportunities supported by continuous feedback, coaching, and mentoring, you will develop critical skills and professional capabilities fundamental to your career.

Applications are open from 4 February 2026.
 
Applicants that submit successful online applications will be required to complete an assessment.
 
Successful applicants will subsequently be invited for in-person assessment at our Dublin office, consisting of interviews and case-study round.

We review applications on a rolling basis and encourage you to apply as soon as you are ready because initial video interviews can occur prior to the application period closing.
 
We aim to notify you of your application status approximately one month after we receive your application.
