The Role

Cubic Telecom is looking for a Roaming Manager to join our team to drive the strategic development and commercial management of our Roaming services. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key telecommunications operators worldwide and ensuring the best roaming experience for our customers across various mobile assets.

As a Roaming Manager, you will take ownership of our roaming strategy, manage partnerships, and ensure that we deliver high-quality connectivity solutions that meet our customers' needs while maximizing profitability. Your role will encompass negotiation, market analysis, billing, and operational oversight to ensure seamless roaming services across our network.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish new MNO partnerships globally for IoT roaming and other connectivity types to deliver on the company strategic roadmap 
  • Contract negotiations with MNO partners (AA12/13, AA73, Master service agreements etc)
  • Negotiate wholesale rates with MNO partners
  • Strong relationship management with the MNO partners under responsibility 
  • Performing consistent traffic trend analysis to drive cost optimization 
  • Participate in the industry working groups / forums (GSMA, user groups of Cubic’s vendors etc)
  • Maintain and grow relationships with the existing MNO partners
Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in the telecommunications industry
  • Relationship management experience
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ideal candidate understands roaming commercial and/or technical set up
  • Location: Dublin HQ
  • Analytica skills to identify trends
