We’re looking for a sharp, systems-minded RevOps professional to own our GTM tools, their integration, automation, and onboarding. Your job is to make sure our revenue stack works like a well-oiled machine - connected, efficient, and AI-augmented - so the team can move faster and make smarter decisions.
You will collaborate closely with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and CS to reduce manual work, boost ROI from tools, and support our growing business.
What You’ll Do:Own the orchestration and governance of our GTM tech stack—including HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Vitally, and more—covering access provisioning, contract renewals, integrations, and issue resolution.
Design and implement no-code/low-code automations (e.g., using Make or custom workflows).
Ensure all integrations are stable, actively monitored, and continuously improved.
Lead the onboarding of new tools and empower teams through clear documentation and effective training.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI agents for operational efficiency (such as content generation, lead scoring, smart alerts, and auto-responders).
Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation and user-friendly playbooks.
Partner with Revenue leadership to identify the best tools for their needs and drive ROI-focused projects.
Proactively identify inefficiencies and recommend technology or process solutions.
2–4 years in Revenue, Sales, or Marketing Ops
Strong experience with tools such as:
HubSpot (CRM) - must have
Make (Automation) or Zapier - must have
AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, or internal GPTs) - must have
Apollo, Gong (Outreach / Sales)
LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads (Performance)
Vitally (CS Tool)
BigQuery / Looker (Data access is a plus)
Fluent in building automations and integrating tools without engineering help
Strong process mindset: can map, analyze, and improve systems end-to-end
Clear communicator with strong documentation habits
Curious, self-driven, and excited by growth-stage challenges
Experience building or managing internal AI assistants or GPTs
Familiarity with tool procurement and vendor management
Experience supporting a PLG funnel or hybrid GTM motion
Save dozens of hours weekly across Sales, CS, and Marketing
Improve lead speed-to-action and funnel conversion rates
