About Dash0

Imagine a world where observability is... well, easy. That’s what we’re building at Dash0. We’re not just another observability company, we’re a team of passionate experts who are obsessed with making observability accessible and delightful for every developer.

We are OpenTelemetry-native, ensuring seamless interoperability within modern observability ecosystems, and our “welcome present” to the OpenTelemetry community, OTelBin, a free editing, visualization, and validation tool for OpenTelemetry collector configurations, has been extremely well received.

Our mission is to make Dash0 the best observability experience in the world, and we’re seeking driven talent to shape that journey and grow alongside us.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Engineer to join our Growth & RevOps team and build the systems and automations that power how Dash0 generates and converts revenue.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Growth & RevOps, and the broader GTM team to connect our CRM, product telemetry, billing, and marketing tools into a unified, data-driven engine. Think of it as part RevOps builder, part automation engineer - not just maintaining systems, but designing how they work together.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain automations across GTM tools like HubSpot, n8n, Airtable, and Slack

  • Integrate data between CRM, marketing, and product systems using APIs or low-code tools

  • Manage lifecycle workflows, scoring logic, and alerting for GTM and growth processes

  • Ensure CRM data quality and hygiene across sources

  • Partner with GTM team to build automations supporting experiments across the funnel

Who You Are
  • 2-5 years in RevOps, Growth Ops, or related operations role at a B2B SaaS company

  • Comfortable with APIs, JSON, and low-code automation tools like n8n

  • Hands-on in HubSpot (admin-level understanding of objects, workflows, and integrations)

  • Curious about data flows, system design, and process automation

In addition, you bring:
  • High motivation and a growth mindset, with the drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.

  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Resilience and problem-solving ability, ensuring steady progress even when obstacles arise.

Why You'll Love Working at Dash0
  • Competitive salary & commission structure

  • Equity participation

  • Collaborative and supportive team culture

  • Clear path for career development
