Revenue Operations Manager - Customer Growth & Success (d/f/m) (Munich or Dublin preferred | Hybrid - 2+ days/week in office)
The Opportunity Join Personio's Revenue Operations team at a pivotal time as we scale our post-sales motion. As the RevOps Business Partner to the VP of Customer Growth, you'll be the go-to strategic and operational partner to a large and varied sales org - including Account Managers, Expansion Sales, and CSMs.
You'll help define and drive critical initiatives like forecasting, renewal optimisation, and long-range planning - while also rolling up your sleeves to build reports, align stakeholders, and fix what's broken. It's a mix of strategy and execution - a "mini consultancy" inside the business.
What You'll Do
  • Lead key strategic projects (e.g. renewal standardisation, go-to-market efficiency)
  • Own forecasting processes and support annual planning cycles
  • Provide business insights and analysis to sales leaders
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Finance, Data, Systems, Enablement, and more
  • Work closely with the Growth leadership team to influence structure, headcount, and overall performance
  • Partner with Central Ops on quotas, comp design, and process delivery

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • 3+ years experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Finance, Consulting, or Strategy
  • Strong analytical skills and experience forecasting subscription-based revenue (churn/expansion knowledge a plus)
  • Proficiency with Excel/Sheets, BI tools (Looker/Tableau etc.)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in a high-growth, ambiguous environment
  • Bonus: experience supporting CSMs or post-sales teams

Why Personio?
  • High-impact role at the heart of Personio's growth strategy
  • Partner directly with senior leadership and own critical initiatives
  • Join one of Europe's fastest-growing tech companies with 14,000+ customers
  • Competitive salary, equity, and a full suite of benefits
  • Hybrid working model - 2+ anchor days in the office (Dublin or Munich preferred)
