CoachHub is looking for a highly driven Revenue Operations GTM Associate with exceptional data analysis,  problem solving and communication skills to join our Revenue Operations team.

Our RevOps mission is to enable and unleash the potential of all revenue functions at CoachHub. We do this by aligning people, platforms and processes around a shared set of business goals to accelerate our revenue growth and maximise value creation throughout the entire buyer journey, from awareness to after-sales.

Reporting to our Head of Sales & GTM Strategy, this is an associate role focused on supporting the team in data management, enhancing data quality, optimising revenue processes and support reporting to help steer the business.  This role delivers on foundational tasks which support the Revenue Operations team.

As a Revenue Operations GTM Associate, you will:

  • Develop, finetune, and maintain Sales KPIs and support the rhythm of the business through weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting

  • Act as a trusted voice of the GTM team by collaborating with cross-functional Revenue Operations team members in functions such as Salesforce system admins, sales enablement and compensation

  • Develop processes to enhance data quality and streamline manual efforts with new tools to help scale the organisation

  • Support strategic Go-to-market revenue operations projects that support revenue roles to drive efficiency.  

Your profile:

  • 2+ years of experience in data management or business intelligence, sales, revenue or business operations

  • Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is commonly expected

  • Excellent communication skills, strong ability to self-prioritise and collaborate with team members in a remote work environment

  • Strong critical thinking with ability to frame problems, design and execute analyses to inform solutions, and communicate insights with a bias towards action 

  • Familiarity with SaaS sales operations and/or CRMs data and process management (Salesforce, Hubspot)

  • Proficiency in data analysis to identify trends and derive actionable insights. High degree of confidence handling large data sets

  • Motivated to work in a fast-growing SaaS company and act as versatile team player in a dynamic team

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Industry experience in a high growth SaaS, tech, or data management company would be a bonus

  • Advanced Degree: Master's degree in a relevant discipline

  • Experience in BI tools such as Looker, Salesforce with familiarity of SQL

  • Experience in running data quality projects and enhancing CRM (Salesforce) processes
