We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join our Resource Management team as an Intern. In this role, you will step in to support our operational capacity and play a key role in assisting the team during a long-term absence of our team member. Duration: 12 months

Your primary focus will be delivering administrative and operational support to help our Account Delivery Managers (ADMs) in their day-to-day operations. You will actively collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization, including HR, Talent Acquisition, Account Delivery Management, and Competency Center Heads.

To ensure your smooth onboarding and professional growth, you will receive full guidance, daily support, and mentorship from your dedicated supervisor (we won't throw you into the deep water alone!).

Additionally, as our organization increasingly leverages Artificial Intelligence to optimize workflows, we are looking for an AI enthusiast who is eager to explore, learn, and utilize modern AI tools to smarten up daily administrative tasks and workflows.

Tasks:
  • ADM & Operational Support: Handling administrative tasks that directly support Account Delivery Managers (ADMs) in their daily routines, helping to streamline delivery processes.

  • Account Assignment Requests Management: Managing the team mailbox, updating internal trackers, and maintaining clear communication with Line Managers and Account Delivery Managers.

  • System Updates: Keeping employee allocations accurate and up to date within our internal systems.

  • Reporting & Data Analysis: Working with existing, ready-made reports (in MS Excel and Power BI) to extract, analyze, and verify data. Translating everyday business needs into logical requirements to help developers build or update more complex reports.

  •  Team Collaboration: Working closely with the Resource Management team to ensure smooth operations and support the team's overall objectives.

What We're Looking For:
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of MS Excel and readiness to learn internal tools and systems.

  • AI Enthusiast: Natural curiosity about Artificial Intelligence tools (like ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) and a desire to implement them in daily work.

  • Communication: Good written and spoken communication skills in both Polish and English.

  • Soft Skills: A positive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and a proactive approach to duties.

  • Teamwork: High collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

  • Availability: Minimum 35 hours per week (between 8:00 - 18:00, Monday - Friday).

Missing one or two of these qualifications? We still want to hear from you! If you bring a positive mindset, we'll provide an environment where you feel valued and empowered to learn and grow.

We offer:
  • Paid 12-month internship with a flexible schedule (minimum 35 hours a week).

  • Dedicated mentorship and continuous support from your supervisor.

  • Hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, working closely with business stakeholders (HR, TA, ADM).

  • An opportunity to learn and work with modern technologies, Power BI, and AI-driven solutions.
