We are seeking a Renewals Sales Representative (fluent French & Arabic). As a member of the organization the individual will have an overall responsibility for generating renewal revenue in a defined territory.
Responsibilities:
- Work on assignments that are complex in nature where considerable judgment is required in resolving problems and making recommendations
- Generating revenue
- Meeting and exceeding sales retention/growth quotas
- Generating quotes
- Booking orders
- Working directly with the Maintenance Renewal Sales Support Team, to ensure the accuracy of quotes
- Working directly with Arctera Partners
- Working closely with other internal Arctera organizations
- Ensuring customer support issues are escalated to the appropriate department
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English, French & Arabic
- Experience working in a similar environment
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, Renewals, Sales Support or Customer Service
- Experience with Microsoft Office family solutions
Additional Qualifications:
- Database experience, Oracle Financial preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in an efficient and professional manner
- Excellent decision-making skills with ability to identify, prioritize and ability to show good judgment in decision making when necessary
- Able to work independently with the ability to meet deadlines and display a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
