Your Role

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing, dynamic marketing team at a pivotal moment in our journey. As our first dedicated product marketer, you’ll play a foundational role in shaping the function from the ground up—defining strategy, developing compelling solution messaging, and positioning us to win in a competitive global market.

You’ll create scalable processes, develop high-impact content, and deliver enablement tools that empower our commercial and partner teams, while enhancing the customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently shift between big-picture thinking and day-to-day execution, acting as the connective tissue between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to lead positioning, go-to-market planning, and competitive strategy across our key markets.

Key Responsibilities

Product Positioning & Messaging

  • Develop and continuously refine clear, differentiated, and compelling messaging that resonates with target customer segments and supports global growth.

  • Translate complex product features into simple, benefit-led narratives tailored for different personas, use cases and markets.

  • Ensure consistency in messaging across all touchpoints - website, campaigns, sales materials, customer success resources, etc.

Product Launch Strategy & Execution

  • Own the end-to-end strategy for new product launches, announcements, and feature rollouts.

  • Define launch goals, timelines, and key deliverables in collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, Partner and Customer Success.

  • Bring together and manage cross functional execution groups, providing direction and hands-on support for seamless execution.

  • Lead internal launch enablement, ensuring teams are trained and supported with the right tools and messaging.

Sales & Commercial Enablement

  • Build and maintain a full suite of sales enablement tools: pitch decks, one-pagers, objection handling, battlecards, competitive positioning, demo scripts, and more.

  • Deliver ongoing training sessions and updates to keep Sales and Cutomer Success teams aligned with product developments and messaging.

  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to improve conversion rates and reduce sales cycle time through better enablement.

  • Build and maintain a full suite of partner enablement and marketing tools, working closely with the partner team to develop content that supports different partner types to deliver against commercial goals.

Customer & Market Intelligence

  • Monitor the market, conducting research to deeply understand customer and partner needs, buyer journeys, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.

  • Gather insights through win/loss interviews, customer conversations, platform usage data, surveys, and analyst inputs.

  • Use insights to refine messaging, validate product-market fit, and contribute to roadmap decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a critical liaison between Product, Marketing, Sales, Partner and Customer Success—aligning on strategy and ensuring clear communication across teams.

  • Partner with Product Management to bring customer and market insights into product planning and prioritisation.

  • Work closely with Digital, Field, Campaigns and Content Marketing and Partner Enablement to activate product messaging across content, channels and audience engagement points.

Content Creation

  • Create (or lead the creation of) a range of product marketing content: landing pages, blog posts, video scripts, explainer decks, case studies, and more.

  • Ensure product story-telling is effectively infused across thought leadership, brand campaigns, and demand generation initiatives.

  • Support the company’s presence at industry events with messaging, presentations, and sales collateral.

  • Create (or collaborate on the creation of) a range of partner co-marketing materials including one-pagers, blog posts, web content, case studies and more.

Measurement & Optimisation

  • Define and track KPIs related to product marketing performance: content usage, enablement effectiveness, launch success, product adoption, win/loss ratios, etc.

  • Create data views to evaluate what’s working and iterate on strategies and assets.

  • Regularly present insights and recommendations to marketing and executive leadership.

Your Profile
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in a high-growth or scale-up environment.

  • C2-level English proficiency: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interactions with partners and internal teams.

  • Proven success in building or evolving product marketing strategy.

  • Dynamic and adaptable mindset with the ability to balance both - strategy and execution.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling narratives across formats and channels for a variety of audiences.

  • Collaborative and commercially-minded, with strong cross-functional communication skills.

  • Experience working across European markets and at least one other global region.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities—while collaborating remotely across different cultures and time zones.

Nice to have
  • Experience in hospitality tech, B2B SaaS, and/or a channel GTM environment.

  • Additional languages are a big plus—we're a multilingual team with over 10 languages spoken!
