Your Role
As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for delivering actionable financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. With a strong focus on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational and financial KPIs’ are met and growth opportunities are identified. Leveraging your expertise in financial planning within dynamic, fast-paced environments, you will play a key role in shaping the financial future of the company while driving operational efficiency and supporting long-term success.
Your Responsibilities

Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes to ensure financial alignment with strategic goals and secure liquidity.

Build and maintain financial models and tools that drive smart, data-based decisions across the organization.

Analyze financial performance through variance analysis, scenario planning, and trend monitoring—turning insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of strategic and operational initiatives.

Prepare and present financial reports and business cases to senior leadership, supporting high-impact decision-making.

Ensure data accuracy, compliance with internal controls, and adherence to accounting standards to maintain financial integrity.
Your Profile

Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CMA, CFA, CPA, or MBA is a strong plus.

5+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or a similar finance role, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-driven Saas environment.

Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills, with proficiency in reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Confident working with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.

Excellent communicator with experience presenting to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
