You are committed to delivering, sharing, and experimenting with techniques to align agile teams (50 - 150 people) on measurable functional and technical objectives. You lead continuous improvement within the program, identify and understand the main impediments, and ensure that these are resolved or optimized.

  • You continually seek to improve the efficiency of the entire ecosystem while ensuring the correct application of governance and methodologies
  • You ensure that the program has an understood strategic vision and measurable objectives - you work closely with Product Management to define and refine the Program Backlog, and in partnership with Business Owner(s)
  • You anticipate the risks and act as an escalation point with the agile teams when they need help to solve or remove the issues encountered
  • You ensure that the teams identify their dependencies and then coordinate during the execution
  • You produce program metrics and present them to stakeholders
  • You provide direction, support and coaching to Scrum Masters, program members and agile teams
  • You create a collaborative spirit and manage people in an exclusively matrix organization
  • You actively support change and ensure the adoption of agility at scale by all

Your profile/Who you are ?

  • At least 10 years’ experience, including five in management of complex projects/programs
  • Good experience with Agile at Scale project methodologies (e.g. SAFe)
  • Recognized for your listening, communication and facilitation skills
  • Highly organized, flexible, and able to prioritize
  • Detail oriented and a problem solver
  • Dynamic and enthusiastic, you are open to all points of view
  • Excellent oral and written communication (English)
  • French language would be a benefit but not a prerequisite
