Leads Dropbox’s global Revenue and Marketing Operations strategy across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments. Owns revenue planning, forecasting, segmentation, territories, quotas, incentives, GTM systems, analytics, productivity, and operating cadence. Partners with executive leadership across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Customer Success, and Support to drive scalable growth, AI adoption, systems transformation, and revenue predictability. Builds and develops a high-performing global Revenue Operations organization.

Partners with Account Executives to support mid-market sales through discovery, customized product demonstrations, solution design, RFI/RFP responses, competitive positioning, and value-based customer advising. Translates technical and operational challenges into measurable business outcomes while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing. Requires customer-facing pre-sales experience, SaaS or hardware knowledge, API and integration familiarity, strong communication, analytical skills, and 15–20% travel.

Own the evaluation, quality, and improvement of production AI agents and agentic features. Define success metrics, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and quality standards; select and validate models; design experiments and A/B tests; calibrate automated judges; and guide platform improvements. Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to communicate AI capabilities, limitations, and evidence-based recommendations. The role focuses on measuring and improving deployed AI systems rather than primarily building models.
