This role, based in Dublin, will lead and optimize the travel program across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, ensuring outstanding regional engagement, improved compliance, and exceptional supplier programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Adobe’s end-to-end travel program for effective support and governance.
- Lead strategic global initiatives, ensuring adherence to global policies and local compliance requirements.
- Enforce travel policies and controls; facilitate engagement with Adobe travelers through a variety of communication methods.
- Maintain strong internal relationships with key business partners to drive impactful results for the organization.
- Partner with the Adobe Preferred Travel Provider to ensure effective daily tactical and overall strategic governance.
- Identify and champion process improvements, recommending new ways of working for program experience and engagement
- Stay informed of industry and market trends to deliver a best-in-class user experience
- Coordinate interactions with regional travel suppliers (e.g. air/hotel/rail); establish and sustain mutually advantageous relationships.
- Find opportunities for new or improved partnerships to improve the program and user experience.
- Monitor and analyze data trends and provide periodic reports as requested.
- Identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to global dashboards to provide insight into travel program performance.
Required
- 5+ years of experience in corporate travel management, preferably with a regional scope in EMEA.
- Strong understanding of travel processes, technology, and systems.
- Understanding of data analytics; expertise in project and supplier management
- Ability to work with and influence internal customers.
- Demonstrated capability to handle customer issues and facilitate resolution across cross-functional teams.
- Extensive Travel Sourcing and Operations Experience.
- Professional Certifications.
- Proficiency in multiple languages.
