Job Description

The Role

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Regional Operations Executive to support our operations team in improving organizational efficiency across the region. This individual will collaborate directly with the Regional Operations Strategy Manager to implement processes, manage data integrity, and offer operational support to country teams. This role provides an outstanding opportunity to develop expertise in regional operations while contributing to business growth!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Salesforce Data Management
  • Assist with data entry, validation, and maintenance in Salesforce
  • Support bulk upload requests and basic data cleansing activities
  • Help identify and resolve data discrepancies across country teams
  • Generate standard reports and assist with data compilation

2. Process Implementation and Support

  • Assist in implementing established operational processes and policies
  • Support country teams with day-to-day operational queries
  • Document procedures and build reference materials for common processes
  • Help ensure compliance with operational policies

3. Administrative and Project Support

  • Provide administrative support for operational initiatives
  • Assist in coordinating and detailing team meetings and action items
  • Develop straightforward reports and presentations to share with customers
  • Support the Regional Operations Strategy Manager with project coordination

4. Training and Communication

  • Help coordinate training sessions for country teams
  • Assist in crafting training materials and operational guides
  • Facilitate communication between regional and country teams
  • Support knowledge sharing across the organization

Required Skills:

Technical Skills:

  • Basic CRM knowledge, preferably Salesforce (training will be provided)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Data entry accuracy and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of business processes and workflows

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills across different cultural contexts
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative, operations, or support roles
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • Experience working in a multinational environment is a plus
