Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially guided Regional Marketing Lead to oversee field and channel marketing activities across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics. This role is important to driving regional demand generation, partner enablement, and campaign execution aligned with sales goals. You will report to the Regional Marketing Manager North and help improve demand generation and marketing excellence across EMEA.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop regional marketing plans across UK, Ireland, and Nordics, aligned with business and sales goals.
    • Be a single contact for regional marketing activities, coordinating with global and EMEA teams,.
    • Be a partner to Country Group Directors for both the UK and Ireland, and Nordics.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to support field marketing projects and improve pipeline growth.
  • Walk regional channel partners through tailored marketing programs, training, and joint campaign execution.
    • Develop co-marketing plans based on the regional partner strategy, with quarterly evaluations and funding allocated through pay-for-performance budgets.
    • Support PartnerNetwork activities for local Distributors, System Integrators, and OEMs.
  • Increase participation of the regional customer base in both local and external events.
    • Coordinate local events with sales, marketing, and business teams, and represent us on site.
    • Utilise flagship events for the region, including ROKLive.
  • Manage adaptation of integrated campaigns across digital and physical channels, ensuring localization and relevance.
    • Integrate regional events into broader campaigns, ensuring consistency and influence.
    • Monitor and report on subregional campaign performance, Return on investment, and partner engagement metrics.
  • Alongside regional marketing activities, this role may involve managing EMEA-wide programs.
    • The regional marketing team is responsible for multiple EMEA programs.
    • Responsibilities can include supporting events in other subregions and managing digital programs across the region connected to campaigns, associations, and applications.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with expertise in field and channel marketing.
  • Experience managing regional campaigns and partner marketing programs.
  • Skills in project management, senior partner management, and communication.
  • Experience in working in a matrixed organization.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on supporting engagement and conversion.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools (Eloqua, LinkedIN, Salesforce...)
