ClickUp is seeking a dynamic Mid-Market Regional Director to lead and scale our high-performing sales team across the United Kingdom and EMEA. As a Senior Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, developing top-tier talent, and shaping the future of work for thousands of customers. You’ll be a hands-on, player-coach who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional leaders in Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Product to evolve and optimize sales strategies that support ClickUp’s ambitious growth targets. The Role:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives focused on the Mid-Market segment in EMEA

  • Drive pipeline generation, deal execution, and consistent attainment of revenue targets

  • Foster a high-performance, fun, and inclusive team culture where reps are motivated to exceed their potential

  • Implement and refine scalable sales processes, leveraging data and analytics to drive continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Product to align resources and strategies for winning key accounts

  • Prioritize customer value and experience over aggressive sales tactics, leading by example and upholding ClickUp’s values

  • Report on team performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy to senior leadership

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience and 3+ years of sales management experience, ideally in Mid-Market or Commercial segments

  • Proven track record of building, coaching, and scaling high-performing sales teams in EMEA

  • Strong understanding of selling into wider EMEA region.
