WRS Health is a web-based Electronic Health Record and Practice Management System service provider to physician offices. We provide EMR, billing, scheduling, ERx, lab connection, website and patient portal software in an integrated Enterprise system through the Software as a Service (SaaS) model.

We also provide business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions to our medical provider clients including billing, scheduling, marketing, bookkeeping, transcription, and scribe services. We have established ourselves as leaders in the healthcare sector; our web-platform provides a unique opportunity to provide real-time services at the point of care.
The Recruiter is responsible for attracting a wide & stead pool of qualified talent for the organization. WRS Health is growing exponentially and with it, we have a need for a healthy flow of qualified talent.

The ideal candidate will have strong social and system building skills, experienced at sourcing strategies, and have excellent organizational abilities. He/she should be familiar with developing recruitment marketing strategies that effectively attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage talent acquisition –  Improving the sourcing approach for qualified applicants and resumes. Coordinate the interview process with individuals and panels. Gather interview feedback and communicate with applicants during and after the interview process.
  • Strategize – Manage all stages of the recruitment process. Work to understand the hiring needs of the organization. Create exciting and useful recruiting tactics to attract top-performing employees. Draft and create job descriptions as needed. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and facilitate candidate lifecycle processes.
  • Administrative duties –  Schedule interviews, draft questions, attend job fairs, and other recruiting events. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is preferred
  • Three years of direct recruiting experience managing all phases of the process
  • Proactive sourcing tactics and substantial initiative
  • Excellent time management abilities and a proven ability to meet deadlines

This is an Independent Contractor position.
Job Type: Full-time - Remote 

Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM EST or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
