Leads Pfizer’s Ontario Global Hospitals and Biosimilars business, overseeing regional sales, profitability, customer planning, and commercial strategy. Coaches and develops a high-performing team, coordinates cross-functional and omnichannel execution, manages strategic customer relationships, and ensures compliance with corporate procedures. The field-based role requires up to 30% travel, bilingual French and English communication, and experience in sales or key account management, preferably in oncology or specialty care.

Own strategy, execution, budgets, optimization, testing, tracking, attribution, and reporting for paid search, YouTube, and emerging AI advertising channels. Drive qualified B2B SaaS demand and pipeline across complex campaigns, using performance data to guide investment decisions. Collaborate with lifecycle, product marketing, creative, web, analytics, and marketing operations teams to improve landing pages, lead quality, nurture alignment, and conversion. Present performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Guide older adults and their caregivers through the mental health intake process, provide empathetic support, coordinate therapist matching, and ensure patients feel informed and supported as they begin care. The role requires strong organization, communication, emotional awareness, and comfort using healthcare and CRM tools. It is fully remote and limited to candidates based in Canada.
