The Role

We’re looking for a high-performing recruiter to join our fast-paced, nimble Talent Acquisition team. You’ll take ownership of full-cycle hiring across a range of roles—including software engineering, infrastructure, tech support, and business operations—supporting the growth of our global teams. At Telnyx, we build products across wireless, telecom, AI, and communications, and you’ll play a critical role in hiring the people who make that possible.

You’re someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and builds strong relationships with hiring managers, People Ops, and C-level stakeholders. You’re energized by tough searches, global talent markets, and delivering great experiences—for both candidates and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for a mix of engineering, infrastructure, support, and business roles
  • Source globally and move fast to hire exceptional talent
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, People Ops, and senior leadership
  • Drive a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience
  • Share the Telnyx story—our mission, products, and culture—with clarity and enthusiasm
  • Use data to continually improve hiring processes and results

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of in-house recruiting experience across tech and business functions
  • Strong track record of hiring engineers and technical talent globally
  • Comfortable juggling multiple roles and shifting priorities
  • Startup mindset: adaptable, hands-on, and strategic
  • Confident working directly with C-level and cross-functional teams

Bonus Points

  • Experience recruiting in telecom, wireless, or AI sectors
  • Familiarity with CPaaS/UCaaS hiring
  • Greenhouse or similar ATS experience
