We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnerships Manager to develop and cultivate strategic alliances focused on creating innovative joint solutions leveraging our cutting-edge software development tools. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the shaping of our partnership strategy and collaborate closely with product, science, engineering, and design teams to drive successful partner adoption of our current and future software development products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of quantum computing and software, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a keen product sense.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships to expand the reach and impact of our software development tools.
  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of the company's partnership strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, science, engineering, and design teams to ensure successful integration and adoption of our tools by partners.
  • Deliver technical product presentations, demonstrations, platform onboarding and providing first level technical support for partners.
  • Drive usage of our software development tools through partner initiatives and activities.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partner contacts.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building awareness and generating leads.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or a PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Quantum Science, Engineering, Physics).
  • Strong technical background in quantum computing and quantum software development.
  • Demonstrated experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong product sense and understanding of software development tools.
  • Established networks within the quantum computing industry is a plus.
