We are expanding our team and seeking a proven QA Tester. As a software tester, you'll be involved in the quality assurance stage of software development and deployment. You'll conduct automated and manual tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose and any bugs or issues are removed within the product before it gets deployed to everyday users.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Automate test cases using automation tooling (PyTest, Cypress, etc.)
- Maintain and improve the test automation suite (frameworks, tools, tests, etc.)
- Work with customers and business owners to ensure a clear, shared understanding of requirements and document acceptance criteria
- Work within a defined delivery process to design and develop high-quality test suites
- Perform exploratory, performance, functional, regression, and user interface testing
- Carry out security testing where necessary
- Ensure all required test documentation is accurate and up to date
- Identify and implement improvements to the testing process
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve defects
- Understand and apply Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) methodology
- Experience working in a cloud environment, preferably Azure
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- IT Qualification or Test Qualification (ISTQB or equivalent)
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills and strong team-player mindset
- Self-motivated, with an analytical approach to designing and implementing complex test scenarios
- Interest in emerging testing technologies
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to a changing environment
- Strong numerical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
