business and is dedicated to designing and delivering innovative solutions while maintaining and modernizing legacy systems that are crucial for keeping the business running.
We have an established team taking on exciting challenges, using analytics and reporting to drive the impact of recognition and it’s use in the businesses of our clients. You will have the autonomy to help design, build and deploy
this product, which will serve our enterprise customer base. We operate in a highly collaborative environment, wheremulti-disciplined individuals come together to make things happen.
We are looking for Automation QA Engineer to join our team in expanding and improving our Reporting solutions. We are a group of peers with high levels of trust and respect who collaborate closely to build the best software we can,
given the constraints we have. We succeed together, so your peers will always have your back. This is grown-up software engineering!
Tech stack: Python, Flask, RESTful webservices, AWS, QuickSight, Terraform, API, Postgres, Redshift, Jenkins, Sonar, Git, Docker/Containerization, JS and React based frameworks, TypeScript. Automation: Playwright + Typescript
What we can offer you:
Contribute automated tests that directly improve release confidence and customer trust across core user journeys in our SaaS platform.
Help implement and extend Playwright test frameworks in TypeScript, enabling faster feedback in CI and sustainable quality practices.

Partner with cross-functional teammates to shape test coverage, defect prevention, and lightweight quality metrics that inform decisions.
The skills you will bring:
2-4 years in QA automation with TypeScript or Python and either Selenium, Playwright or Cypress, plus CI experience.
Solid grasp of RESTful testing, reliable selectors/waits, fixtures, and effective test data isolation.
Strong defect lifecycle ownership: diagnose, report, triage, and drive to resolution with clear communication.
Collaborative mindset to turn acceptance criteria into robust I/API/integration tests and integrate suites into CI.
Growth focus: document patterns, improve determinism with data/mocks/env readiness, and propose incremental stability and coverage gains.
Achievements:
Contributed automated tests or utilities that reduced flaky failures or improved suite runtime and reliability.
Helped increase meaningful test coverage on a service or feature area, with clear reporting of results and risks.
Played a key role in stabilizing CI pipelines or test environments to enable frequent, confident releases
