The Workvivo team is looking for an enthusiastic Manual QA Engineer with at least 2 years’ experience to join the Product team. The Product team is a successful engineering team developing and testing high-quality features. The ideal candidate enjoys a working in a dynamic environment and will share our passion for delivering great software that has been validated effectively.

Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining test plans and test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
- Performing various types of testing, including regression, integration, and system testing, to identify defects and ensure high-quality software releases.
- Working with development teams to reproduce and diagnose defects, and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensuring testing activities are well documented and results are communicated effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software quality assurance and incorporate them into testing practices.
What we’re looking for
- Have At least 2 years’ experience in software quality assurance
- Have understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Have hands-on experience with mobile testing
- Have experience with Agile development methodologies and working in a cross-functional team environment
- Have good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Be familiar with test automation tools and frameworks is advantageous.
- Have knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is preferred but not required. ISTQB® Foundation Level certificate is advantageous.
