iKnowHow S.A. is a leading Software & Robotics Solutions company operating internationally. Within just a couple of years, our team has grown by more than 80%, we have moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we have embarked on several exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software, and robotics.

We are now looking for a highly motivated QA Engineer (Manual) to work in new challenging outsourced projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Manual Testing: Execute manual test cases
  • Test Case Development: Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive test cases and test scripts based on functional specifications and requirements.
  • Defect Identification and Reporting: Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in the applications. Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Participate in test planning, execution, and reporting activities. Ensure thorough testing of all features and functionalities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to understand requirements and provide feedback on quality issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in QA.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in manual testing
  • Previous working experience in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban) will be considered a plus
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Familiarity with defect tracking tools and test management software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
