iKnowHow Group is a leading Software & Robotics Solutions company operating internationally. 

Within just a couple of years, our team grew up more than 80%, we moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we kicked off 2025 with several new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software and robotics.

We are now looking for an experienced QA Engineer with strong technical skills and analytical thinking to design and maintain automated solution for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implementation of a testing strategy for Vanilla JavaScript, React, and Java projects.
  • Integration of testing pipelines into Azure DevOps Tests for automated execution and reporting.
  • Ensuring requirement coverage with a combination of manual and automated tests.
  • Development and management of automated test suites using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Jest, or others suitable for the tech stack.
  • Integration of tools like JUnit, Mocha, Jasmine for testing JavaScript/React/Java.
  • Definition and monitoring of QA standards and processes for the team.
  • Implementation of tests such as functional, integration, performance, and security tests.
  • Collaboration with developers to create testable code and ensure shift-left testing practices.
  • Providing guidance and training to junior QA Engineers on testing techniques, tools, and processes.
  • Analysis and improvement of QA processes through feedback.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and test automation, with at least 2 years in Azure DevOps Testing.
  • Knowledge of tools like Postman for API testing (Environments, Variables, Pre/Post Scripts, Mocks, Monitoring).
  • Experience in testing for Vanilla JavaScript, React, Java.
  • Excellent knowledge of testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Jest, JUnit, Mocha, Jasmine.
  • Coaching & Training Skills.
  • Collaboration skills and teamwork.

Nice to have:

  • Certifications such as ISTQB Certified Tester or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.
  • Experience in security testing and performance testing.
  • Data analysis from insights/Crashlytics tools using Kusto Query Language.
