Title: Proposal Development Analyst II
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The Proposal Development Analyst II will be responsible for developing, refining, and managing proposals that align with the company's strategic objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that proposals are comprehensive, accurate, and compelling, effectively supporting the sales and business development efforts of the organization.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, security and technical teams to gather necessary information for proposal development.
- Review and analyze RFPs (Request for Proposals) to identify key requirements and develop response strategies.
- Prepare, draft, and edit proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
- Oversee the proposal Lifecycle from initial request to final submission, including managing timelines and deliverables.
- Complete security and ad hoc questionnaires for clients, as needed
- Maintain and update a repository of proposal responses and standard content.
- Coordinate and facilitate proposal review meetings with internal stakeholders.
- Create and maintain proposal development schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
- Conduct post-submission reviews to identify areas for improvement in proposal processes.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in proposal management.
WHAT YOU’VE DONE:
REQUIRED:
1+ years of experience in proposal development or a related role.
- Proven track record of developing successful proposals in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field.
- Experience in the software or technology industry.
- Understanding of the Property & Casualty insurance industry
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Behaviors:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills in Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
