About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex AV projects with precision and efficiency. In this role, you will collaborate with clients, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Execution:
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to guide project execution.
  • Ensure timely procurement and deployment of necessary equipment, materials, and personnel.
Resource & Team Management:
  • Allocate resources efficiently, ensuring teams have the tools and information needed for success.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Provide ongoing support, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
Client & Stakeholder Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular status updates, manage expectations, and address inquiries proactively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Quality Control & Risk Management:
  • Oversee the installation and integration of AV systems, ensuring they meet quality standards.
  • Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to resolve any technical issues.
  • Identify potential risks early and implement contingency plans when necessary.
Financial Oversight:
  • Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial forecasting.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing AV or technical projects, delivering on time and within budget.
  •  Strong knowledge of AV systems, equipment, and installation processes (preferred).
  •  Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  •  Proficiency in project management software
  •  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
