AQMetrics is seeking a highly organised, client‑focused Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of customer onboarding projects across both pre‑sales and post‑sales phases. This role will manage a team of onboarding specialists, ensure exceptional customer communication, maintain strong project governance, and partner closely with the Director of Customer Success to deliver high‑quality outcomes across all implementations.

You will be the leader responsible for the product innovation and performance management to ensure successful quality product development and scaling of our SaaS platform.
Requirements
What you will have:
- 5+ years’ experience in project management within SaaS, RegTech, FinTech, or Financial Services environments.
- Experience managing client‑facing implementation or onboarding projects.
- Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior internal and client stakeholders.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and forecasts.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Project (optional).
- Prepare high‑quality Implementation Plans to support sales opportunities.
- Lead the creation and management of Statements of Work (SOWs) including scope, timelines, and effort estimates.
- Support RFP/RFI/DDQ responses, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with AQMetrics’ platform and delivery capabilities.
- Work closely with Sales and Product teams to validate feasibility, identify risks, and support solution shaping.
- Lead and manage the project onboarding team (5 team members), including task allocation, coaching, and performance management.
- Act as the primary client contact for all active onboarding and implementation projects.
- Produce detailed project plans with clear milestone tracking, task ownership, and timeline management.
- Manage project budgets and financial tracking, ensuring profitability and proactive forecasting.
- Maintain strong change control processes, ensuring scope variations are properly analysed, documented, and approved.
- Oversee and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Professional Services team to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Ensure proactive management of project risks, blockers, and escalations, working closely with the Director of Customer Success when required.
