Job purpose

At beqom, you, as a Project Manager, are at the forefront of our product deployment, spearheading customer implementations and driving our teams toward success. You are responsible for overseeing the integration of the beqom SaaS solution into our customers' HRIS environments and processes. 

What will you be doing? 

  • Acting as beqom’s primary interface to each customer during implementation and go-live.
  • Ensuring that your projects are managed and delivered according to agreed scope, budgets and timelines.
  • Ensuring client success using the best practice principles upon which the products are built on
  • Managing the quality and cost of delivery, and actively manage resource performance.
  • Proactively identify and manage any dependencies, constraints, risks or limitations likely to affect project success.
  • Creating detailed project-level plans, resource projections, budgets and RAID logs as well as any other suitable governance materials that ensure risk, cost and quality dimensions are actively managed
  • Providing clear progress reporting information as appropriate to various technical and non-technical audiences, acting as a focal point of ownership for interested parties in relation to the project
  • Working with the customer sponsors and all other business stakeholders through the Delivery lifecycle, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met

What are we looking for?

  • Implementation of SaaS applications
  • Experience managing project budgets, scope and timeline.
  • A strong customer focus, recognising internal and external customers, establishing and managing effective relationships at senior level.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Formal project management qualifications e.g. PMP/agile/change management.
  • HRIS SaaS implementation experience is desirable but not required.
  • Additional languages is a plus (please indicate in CV, with level).
