What You Will Do
You will lead the team in developing the project charter and management plan, directing, managing, and evaluating project tradeoffs for successful execution.
You will engage with project stakeholders to define and refine project scope, gaining managerial approval and creating a detailed Work Breakdown Structure.
You will develop and manage the project Gantt chart, analyzing critical paths and major workstreams to ensure timely progress.
You will collaborate with your supervisor and/or project PM to establish and maintain the project budget, ensuring costs remain within target.
You will partner with the project team to create and monitor project Quality Plans, utilizing key quality planning tools and techniques.
You will develop a risk management plan, identifying, analyzing, and mitigating project risks through a well-structured risk response strategy.
You will contribute to the Procurement Management Plan and collaborate on selecting procurement partners to meet project needs.
You will estimate, acquire, and assign project team resources, defining roles, responsibilities, and deliverables while providing performance feedback.
You will create and execute a communications management plan, ensuring effective communication with the project team and key stakeholders.
You will build successful working relationships across departments, with a strong understanding of quality systems.
You will demonstrate high emotional intelligence, staying calm under pressure and excelling in conflict resolution.
You will drive results in support of business goals, even under tight timelines, and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
You will influence others without direct authority, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.

What You Need
Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent required
4+ years of work experience required in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):
New product development experience
