We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Project Manager to join our UniQue GovERP & Public Sector Financial Services department, a division of the Public Sector & Software Products BU.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers on complex and demanding projects in the Public sector, and you will be responsible for coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects, performing risk, budget, and schedule management, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget.
What will you be bringing to the team?- Manage the P&L of the projects up to the definition of the gross margin
- Integrate different work packages and teams in order to achieve a single result
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders for complex, large-scale projects
- Clarify project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and act as a point of contact
- Perform risk management and analyze risks and opportunities
- Co-operate with the relevant technical departments in order to compose the project team, assign tasks and manage the schedule
- Co-operate with the relevant technical departments in order to ensure resource availability and proper allocation to your project(s)
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Oversee project procurement management
- Monitor project progress, use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs, and resolve and handle any issues that may arise
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget
- Create and maintain comprehensive project management documentation, plans, and reports

We would like you to have:
- A University degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or another related discipline
- An MSc degree will be considered an additional asset
- At least 8 years of experience in similar positions of Project Manager, mainly in the Public Sector
- Experience in managing at least 4 projects
- Experience in managing projects for Greek Public Sector organizations and/or Financial Management Systems (ERP) will be considered as a strong asset
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (written and verbal)
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Certifications in PMP and/or Prince2 will be considered an asset
