As people, we’re all in, with our clients, our audiences and each other. We operate from Dublin, London, New York,  LA,  Doha and Riyadh and work with clients all over the world. Check out what we do HERE.

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our production team!

This is the dedicated holder of the operational spine of our projects. The PM runs the project workflow flawlessly and supports the team in planning, resourcing, scoping, and advancing the production.  Where the producer advances the idea, the PM holds everything around it on plan, with cadence, and on the record. It requires forensic organisation, calm coordination, and the discipline to hold many moving parts as the project unfolds.

Who we are looking for

  • 3+ years running project operations in events, experience, or comparable delivery.

  • Has held the operational roles  on large or account-based live projects.

  • Fluent in scheduling, resourcing, print management, and risk / H&S.

  • Keeps complex projects on plan, on cadence, and fully documented.

  • Tracks budget, holding the project to time and return.

  • Accurate, timely client communication and reporting.

  • The dependable centre the project team relies on.
