We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to work with one of our airline customers, delivering initiatives within their contact centre environment. This role sits at the intersection of airline operations, customer service, and loyalty programmes, and requires strong end-to-end delivery capability across complex, customer-facing initiatives.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, contact centre leadership, and cross-functional delivery teams to drive projects that support loyalty products, high-value customer journeys, and operational improvements. This is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone comfortable operating in a fast-paced, regulated, customer-centric environment.
Please note this role operates in a hybrid model with candidates expected to be able and willing to work from our customer's Dublin office two times per week.
Required Experience:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex initiatives in a contact centre environment and agile delivery environment.
• Strong airline industry experience is essential
• Demonstrable experience working on loyalty programmes, with a clear understanding of end-to-end loyalty processes
• Experience working with high-value customers and customer-centric service models
• Background in financial services or payments-focused loyalty programmes is advantageous
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams
• Comfortable operating in environments with multiple dependencies and competing priorities
• Excellent communication, organisation, and delivery discipline
Key responsibilities & duties include:
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects within the contact centre domain, from initiation through to implementation and handover
• Manage delivery across loyalty-related initiatives, including customer journeys, offers, deals, and high-value customer experiences
• Act as the primary delivery interface between business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party partners
• Drive clear governance, planning, risk management, and reporting across all assigned initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams operating in a multifunctional environment
• Ensure alignment between contact centre operations, loyalty objectives, and broader customer strategy
• Manage dependencies, timelines, and delivery risks in a complex enterprise setting
• Provide clear status updates and escalation where required to senior stakeholders
Desirable Experience:
• Broader aviation sector experience beyond contact centre delivery
• Exposure to large-scale loyalty platforms or partner-led loyalty ecosystems
The Project Manager will be consulting through our organisation while embedded onsite as part of the customer’s extended delivery team.
