Euronet seeks to employ a skilled Project Manager to manage and oversee complex projects and add real value within the Euronet group.

The successful candidate will be part of a multinational team and contribute to the successful delivery of innovative payment solutions, with a particular focus on projects related to card issuing and digital transaction services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • End to end project management of complex projects in the field of Electronic Financial Transactions.
  • Develop project plans that display milestones, monitor progress, and conduct regular project reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and manage changes in scope and schedules.
  • Ensure that projects scope is communicated and understood amongst the stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholders’ expectations and concerns.
  • Identify risks in a timely manner, as well as provide mitigation plans and seek innovative ways to remove project obstacles.
  • Maintain regular reporting of projects’ status in company portal and to project stakeholders in written.
Requirements

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related academic field.
  • Minimum five (5) years of Project Management experience in multinational environments within the financial services and/or banking sectors. Prior technical/software engineering experience is preferable.
  • Solid experience with card issuing procedures, including understanding of the Electronic Financial Transactions (EFT) business (POS, e-commerce, or ATM) and/or banking IT.
  • Proven experience in coaching and mentoring project teams.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Eligible to work in the EU on a full-time permanent basis without the need of employer sponsorship.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate project teams towards achieving project objectives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; written and oral.
