Main Duties & Responsibilities

As an EPO Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead complex, global projects from start to finish, driving key initiatives and ensuring measurable business impact.
  • Own the full project lifecycle - from planning and governance to execution and delivery—to ensure all projects are on time and achieve their intended scope and value.
  • Develop detailed project charters and comprehensive plans, managing milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks and roadblocks, proposing data-driven solutions and effectively escalating issues.
  • Deliver clear, concise project communications tailored for all levels of the organization, including C-suite executives.
  • Build strong relationships and foster collaboration with global stakeholders across the enterprise.
  • Optimize and adapt project management processes to fit a fast-paced, evolving environment.
