We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team.
The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting project planning, organization, and delivery. You will work closely with the Project Manager and various stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of projects
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to project plans
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and presentations
- Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Schedule and attend project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes
- Monitor and report project progress, identifying potential risks and issues
- Support resource allocation, procurement, and other logistical aspects of the project
- Assist in ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Act as a point of contact for project-related queries
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or relevant coursework or internship experience)
- 1-2 years, including internships or academic projects as a Project Coordinator, Project Assistant, or similar role
- Experience in banking sector would be highly appreciated
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under guidance
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn problem-solving approaches
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Interest in pursuing PMP or other project management certification in the future is a plus
