Summary of This Role

This role will be responsible for both the planning, execution and management of strategic / complex business initiatives e.g. product roll-outs; capability enhancements etc., predominantly in the Partnership vertical.

What Part Will You Play?

Responsibilities include: 

  • Develop programme plan incorporating milestones and dependencies from cross functional project teams 
  • Develop and rollout governance framework for the program 
  • Develop and rollout financial management  (budget) framework and resource allocation 
  • Develop framework for the management of risks and issues 
  • Complete thorough stakeholder analysis and communication plan 
  • Project/Programme Management 
  • Deliver to timelines, quality level, budget, while addressing issues and risks.
  • Use KPIs to demonstrate progress and ensure that projects are realising benefits. You will be responsible for the budget, benefits realisation, and change control of your projects. 
  • Create, socialise and sign off business cases with executive stakeholders. Accountable to manage significant cost and benefits targets. 
  • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones,success criteria results, metrics, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership and to various audiences, including project team, sponsors and key stakeholders.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Relevant Experience or Degree in: related field of study from an accredited university is required; however, relevant experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
  • Typically a minimum of 6 years
  • Related professional experience and prefer a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a supervisory position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA preferred but not required. 
  • Consulting experience preferred but not required. 
  • PMP or similar preferred.
  • Experience in the software development lifecycle, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies preferable

  • Ability to oversee multiple projects and initiatives concurrently. 
  • Extensive experience of using and adapting project management methodologies.

  • Ability to drive change at all levels of the organisation. 

Comms & Rel. Mgmt: 

  • Proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to build relationships across the organisation at different levels, lead communications with large groups and manage senior stakeholders within and outside of the organisation.

Leadership:

  • Ability to get people to buy into and deliver on change. 
  • Proven ability to complete analysis that drives business decisions. 
  • Drive ownership and accountability within the project team. 
  • Advocate for team vision, mission and objectives.

Tech Expertise: 

  • Strong experience of technology and tools to support programme & project management.
