About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Transformation Program Manager to lead multi‑team, cross‑functional initiatives that advance Adobe’s strategic priorities. This role will own day‑to‑day program orchestration, steer program or track cadences, and partner with senior PgMs and managers to deliver measurable outcomes. The role emphasizes execution discipline, change adoption, and stakeholder alignment across various functions within Adobe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own scoped transformation workstreams within an enterprise program—plan, sequence, and track milestones; manage interdependencies; surface risks with clear mitigation proposals.
  • Establish and run governance rituals (standups, Scrum of Scrums, sprint reviews, release readiness, risk/issue reviews) and maintain high‑quality artifacts (RAIDs, roadmaps, dashboards).
  • Drive change & adoption by partnering with change managers and business owners to land new workflows, tools, and operating models; measure adoption and value realization.
  • Stakeholder & executive communication—synthesize progress, decisions, and risks into crisp updates for leadership; influence without authority across org boundaries.
  • Data‑driven execution—use program KPIs/OKRs, quality gates, and analytics to guide course corrections and continuous improvement.

  • Performance metrics and analytics to monitor progress, measure outcomes, and inform continuous improvement across programs.
  • Risk Management & Mitigation
    Proactively identify risks and interdependencies, develop mitigation plans, and engage stakeholders to resolve issues before they impact delivery.
  • Innovation & Emerging Technology
    Stay current on emerging digital trends, tools, and AI-enabled productivity solutions. Pilot new approaches that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and scalability.
  • Executive Alignment & Sustainability
    Build alignment, gain executive sponsorship, and ensure sustainability of transformation efforts beyond program completion.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 of experience in program management, enterprise transformation, or technical leadership within software industries
  • Proven experience leading cross‑functional programs/projects with measurable outcomes in tech or adjacent domains.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Agile/Hybrid methods (Scrum, SAFe, Lean) and program governance.
  • Strong communication and influencing without authority across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems (SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Adobe Cloud) and digital transformation programs.
  • Tools: Workfront, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI (or equivalents).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field required; advanced degree (MBA or related) preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Skilled in transformation governance and playbook implementation; applies and refines program standards and best practices.
  • Independently manages complex, multi-team workstreams with strong planning, coordination, and delivery capabilities.
  • Facilitates meetings, drives decisions, and prepares executive-level reports; clearly communicates progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Proficient in Workfront, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Power BI; maintains high-quality plans and dashboards, and mentors others in tool usage.
  • Leads cutover planning, release management, and testing readiness to ensure smooth program transitions.
  • Operates effectively in fast-paced, matrixed environments; navigates ambiguity and collaborates across functions.
  • Highly organized with strong documentation discipline; ensures accuracy and completeness of program records.
  • Analytical problem-solver who connects technology, process, and business impact to drive continuous improvement.
  • Promotes change adoption and process enhancements across teams to improve program execution.
