What you will do

As a Production Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our production function. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you’ll handle a wide range of administrative tasks that keep our team organized and efficient.

What You Will Do

  • Manage payroll queries, holiday requests, and maintain accurate holiday records.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees in Workday and provide limited access to the TMS system.
  • Support recruitment activities and administrative tasks for new hires.
  • Review and resolve daily clocking issues, ensuring accurate job allocations.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee files, including attendance records.
  • Promote and assist employees with company benefits such as healthcare and pension applications.
  • Handle HR-related administrative requests (e.g., pension forms, contracts, paternity forms).
  • Coordinate new hire inductions, access badge allocation, and locker assignments.
  • Monitor and maintain PPE and contract cleaning stock levels.
  • Process production floor orders, purchase orders, and tool requests.
  • Manage printing, labeling, and laminating requests for outgoing AHU units.
  • Provide reception cover as needed, maintain visitor logs, and manage gate control.
  • Schedule meetings and training sessions, including room bookings.
  • Prepare daily DSU details and provide additional information for supervisors.
  • Keep company notice boards updated and organized.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

  • Confidence in liaising with auditors, regulatory representatives, customers, and vendors.
  • Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in administrative systems.
  • Ability to deliver staff presentations when required.
  • Solid understanding of HR policies, practices, and operational challenges.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
