Product Strategy & Operations Manager
Overview:
The Services Business represents over a third of Mastercard revenues and is a key differentiator for Mastercard. Services uses our unique and proprietary data, technology, insights and expertise to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Services is critical for the sustained, long-term growth of Mastercard.
Within the Services organization, this role supports the Advanced Analytics (AA) organization. The Advanced Analytics area leverages cutting-edge AI and data science techniques to address complex business challenges, focusing on areas such as marketing, credit risk and business experimentation, providing innovative solutions that drive decision-making & operational excellence.
Role:
This role focuses on strategy and operations for our AA product suite. Responsibilities include:
• Provide actionable insights and strategic perspective on business performance to help inform strategy and drive growth
• Cross functional collaboration across AA and the Business & Market Insights organization to drive key initiatives.
• Develop and implement plans to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to inform enhancements and strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and competitive opportunities.
• Develop a deep understanding of the Advanced Analytics business line across geographies and products
All About You
• 6+ years working in product management / business operations / consulting / finance / business analytics.
• Ability to think strategically about complex issues, driving thoughtful recommendations and action plans.
• Self-starter, highly organized, collaboration-minded and results-driven.
• Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for applying data insights to drive innovation and better business decisions.
• Ability to act with a persistent and relentless sense of urgency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
