Product Owners are responsible for executing the product strategy within their squad. They translate the product vision into actionable backlog items, ensure high-quality delivery, lead releases, and maintain clear visibility of roadmap progress and results. Their focus is maximizing squad impact while maintaining strong product quality and user experience.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Product lead to develop and execute clear product visions aligned with company objectives.
- Define, monitor, and analyze success metrics, leveraging insights for ongoing improvements and optimization
- Align and manage team initiative execution and product rollouts
- Manage and prioritize the product roadmap, clearly defining success criteria and objectives.
- Facilitate cross-team communication to eliminate roadblocks, align technically, and resolve dependencies. Regularly prepare and deliver comprehensive product reviews.
- Lead product team, inspiring high performance through clear direction, effective feedback, and ongoing support. Take ownership of team objectives and KPIs.
- Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for new products or enhancements, maintaining competitive advantages
- Ensure products are documented, scalable, maintainable, and deliver exceptional user experiences aligned with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within Gaming
- Familiarity with iterative value-driven releases
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks
- Proficiency in Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Certification as a Professional Scrum Product Manager/Product Owner (preferred)
- Excellent leadership and research skills
