Role Purpose:
We’re looking for an experienced Product Owner with a passion for delivering value who will work with our teams to deliver and configure products for our extensive range of partners. This is an outstanding opportunity for an analytical problem solver to take your product skills to the next level.
Reporting to: Head of Product
Main accountabilities and key tasks
- Maximise the value of our products by delivering best-in-class integrations, optimising scalability and driving performance of products for existing partners
- Clearly articulate and manage requirements, working with stakeholders and the delivery team to break down, outline and refine user stories and acceptance criteria. Have a clear focus on always delivering business value
- Take ownership for successful delivery and launch of solutions, collaborating effectively across teams to manage dependencies and ensure successful outcomes
- Work closely with Product Managers to understand business and commercial context, priority and support definition of solutions
- Work closely with our Go-Live, Partner Management and Trading Teams to understand our partners technology and business requirements
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to understand the capabilities of our products and the options for scaling and configuring them.
- Producing high quality artefacts related to business rules, requirements, features etc to ensure that information is readily available and clearly communicated to the wider organisation
- Identify opportunities for product improvements and support product managers in shaping product roadmap initiatives
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of a high performing team that deliver world-class products
Knowledge and Experience:
- 3 years' experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment, ideally delivering web and/or app products within an e-commerce context.
- Strong understanding of lean/agile principles and the full software delivery lifecycle.
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively with engineers, designers, and senior leadership to drive product outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to apply both creative and analytical thinking to complex problem-solving.
- Experience working across multiple devices and channels to deliver cohesive customer experiences.
