Description

We're looking for a Product Owner with strong experience in Agile environments and a clear understanding of Scrum practices. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about building products that solve real problems and enjoys working closely with both business stakeholders and development teams.

As a Product Owner, you'll be responsible for defining and prioritising product features, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements, and ensuring the development team is focused on delivering value in every sprint.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Act as the link between the business and the development team, translating the product vision into actionable user stories.
  • Own and manage the product backlog: write, prioritise and refine user stories based on business value and user impact.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, challenge assumptions, and ensure we’re building the right things.
  • Work closely with UX/UI teams to define and improve user journeys.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
  • Ensure the product is tested and meets the agreed quality standards before release.
  • Support product testing from both a business and functional perspective.
  • Help the team stay aligned with the product vision and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a software product or development environment.
  • Solid understanding of Agile principles and hands-on experience working with Scrum teams.
  • Proven ability to write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills: You must be comfortable working with technical teams and business stakeholders alike.
  • Experience with end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence or similar.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Scrum Product Owner certification (or similar) is a plus.
You’re a Good Fit If You…
  • Care about the user and strive to deliver a great experience.
  • Ask the “why” behind every feature and don’t shy away from challenging requirements.
  • Stay calm under pressure and know how to balance priorities.
  • Enjoy working in fast-paced, agile environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Are detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture.
