We are currently looking for a tech-savvy Product Owner who can help us improve the technical side of product development and streamline delivery.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a Product Owner within an agile Scrum team, closely collaborating with the Product Management, Design and Development team to lead product initiatives from planning to release
- Translating complex AI-driven needs into clear and actionable product requirements for the Development team
- Take ownership of the product backlog, grooming and prioritizing it to align with the product strategy and stakeholder expectations
- Develop comprehensive product requirements and technical documentation to guide the development process and ensure clarity across team
- Work closely with the development team to define the acceptance criteria for backlog items, ensuring that the criteria are met before a product increment is released
- Continuously assess the business value of the backlog and prioritize work to ensure that the team is focused on tasks that offer the most value to the business and its customers
- Establish and manage a feedback loop with stakeholders and users, incorporating feedback into the product development process to continuously improve the product
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Fluent written and verbal English is required
- Basic understanding of Natural Language Processing and Large Language Models will be considered a plus
- Bachelorʼs or master's degree in business informatics, computer science, engineering or related technical fields
- Proven work experience in the following areas: product development, software development and quality assurance
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles, with practical experience in applying them to manage product development cycles
- Proficiency in articulating overarching business needs and transforming them into detailed backlog stories with technical specifications for development teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines
- Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web applications. Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand the challenges and limitations of technology
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- A proactive mindset, with a willingness to take initiative, contribute to team efforts, and continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Pays attention to the details and commits to excellence in all aspects of the product development process
