Product Operations Analyst - 9 Month Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Operations Analyst to join our dynamic product team. In this role, you will be a crucial link between our product, engineering and cyber teams and the rest of the business, ensuring smooth product development and launch processes. 

Reporting to our senior manager of Cyber and working closely with the Product Operations Lead, you will play a key role in optimizing workflows, analyzing data, and providing insights to improve product performance and efficiency. You will also get the opportunity to take on responsibilities for key project deliverables

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product operations and contribute to the success of our growing product portfolio.

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Assist in the planning and execution of monthly product and cyber releases, including coordinating with Enablement and GTM teams.

  • Identify and recommend improvements to existing planning, development and launch processes.

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret product and cyber delivery data to identify trends and actionable insights.

  • Work closely with our Product Operations Analyst to exchange and analyse data to ensure a successful product organisation. 

  • Act as a liaison between product, engineering and cyber and our GTM teams to ensure alignment on prioritisation and delivery of product and cyber features. 

  • Administer and maintain product operations tools and systems (e.g., project management software, analytics platforms, feedback tools).

  • Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve product operations as appropriate.

  • Ensure data integrity across multiple systems.

  • Work closely with our UX Researcher to gather, organize, and analyze customer feedback from various sources and distribute customer insights to relevant teams to inform product decisions.

  • Assist Product Marketing and PMs and SMEs in conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.

  • Work closely with the Product Operations Lead and Cyber Engineering Managers to plan and deliver ad hoc projects such as systems migrations and security initiatives.

  • Help to ensure that PMs and SMEs have the information that they need to make good decisions.

You should apply if you have ​​(we know it’s tough, but please try to avoid the ​​confidence gap​.​​ You don’t have to match all the listed requirements exactly to be considered for this role):

  • Experience in Product Operations or within a SaaS environment

  • Knowledge of Jira and Productboard would be advantageous

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgement and ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner

  • Enjoy working in a high-growth, performance and deadline driven environment

  • Results-oriented, with attention to detail and can prioritize multiple objectives and projects
