It’s the perfect fit for a marketer who wants to grow their career in product marketing, while making a tangible impact in a high-growth SaaS company.

What you'll do

As our Product Marketing Specialist, your day-to-day will include:

  • Crafting messaging and positioning that’s clear, differentiated, and resonates with distinct buyer and user personas.
  • Driving go-to-market activities for product launches and updates—ensuring sales and marketing teams have what they need to execute.
  • Creating sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, playbooks, one-pagers, FAQs, and competitive battlecards.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, growth marketing, and services teams to ensure consistent storytelling across every touchpoint.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitors to keep our positioning sharp and up to date.
  • Measuring impact of product marketing tactics, producing reports on adoption, engagement, and deal acceleration.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in product marketing or a related marketing role (B2B SaaS required; HR tech a plus).
  • Experience supporting go-to-market launches or product lifecycle communications.
  • Strong communication skills—confident in crafting messaging and presenting to commercial teams.
  • Customer-centric mindset, with curiosity for understanding buyer needs and turning them into value propositions.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, while collaborating across functions.
  • A proactive, AI-first mindset—you embrace new tools and ways of working.

Why Join Us?

  • Your career, your design. Autonomy is our default - your campaigns, your impact.
  • Drive meaningful growth. Be the engine behind pipeline success for a growing SaaS company.
  • Experiment with the new. From AI to emerging ad platforms, you’ll have room to test and learn.
  • Belong to something bigger. Collaborate with a diverse, international team across Europe and the US.
  • Grow in a scale-up. Be part of a company that’s redefining how global enterprises think about compensation.
