About us:

Xerxes Global is a private holding company based out of Minneapolis with an international presence and a portfolio of synergistic businesses.

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of product strategy and market influence. As our Product Marketing Manager, you will be the critical bridge between our product development teams and the market for several products under the Xerxes Global business group (such as XGS.ai – Advanced Analytics and Blue Ops) translating deep product and service insights into compelling go-to-market strategies and impactful marketing campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deep Persona Understanding & Segmentation: Partner closely with our product teams to fully grasp our user personas and empathy maps. Understand their motivations, habits, and behaviors, then craft messaging and positioning that speaks directly to their needs—wherever they consume information.
  • Strategic Launch & Release Planning: Own the go-to-market design & deployment for new features, functionality rollouts, and major product releases. You’ll not only plan the launch but ensure it resonates with the right audiences, in the right places, at the right time.
  • Innovative Channel & Content Strategy: Identify and leverage emerging platforms, forums, and channels where tech conversations thrive. Develop diverse content formats—video, long-form thought leadership, social media snippets, interactive experiences—to engage audiences on their terms and drive meaningful market conversations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution: Collaborate daily with creative teams, web developers, social media managers, and external partners. Translate your marketing vision into actionable project plans, manage timelines, and ensure every deliverable aligns with our strategic narrative.
  • Champion Market Awareness & Leadership: Adopt and evolve the narrative around our products. You will design bold, integrated campaigns that go beyond traditional funnels—illustrating our market leadership, vision, and continuous innovation
  • Global Collaboration (Internal Focus): While our market focus is currently US domestic, our internal teams span multiple countries. You will:
    • Navigate a global internal team: Regularly coordinate with product, development, and creative colleagues across multiple time zones and cultural backgrounds.
    • Foster alignment: Ensure communication, project timelines, and strategic alignment flow seamlessly across borders.
    • Adapt and connect: Successfully navigate different working styles and foster a cohesive team environment despite physical distances.
  • Metrics That Matter: Embrace a “try, test, measure” approach. Your success won’t be judged on old-school MQL targets. Instead, we’ll celebrate engagement quality, brand lift, thought leadership presence, and the tangible influence we have on our audience’s perception and decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: Ideally 5-7+ years in product marketing, preferably in a fintech-environment.
  • Strategic Visionary: You’ve successfully shaped product marketing programs that elevated brand positioning and broke through market noise.
  • Creative Storyteller: You excel at translating complex product benefits into relatable, engaging narratives tailored to diverse personas and platforms.
  • Data-Informed Innovator: While you’re highly creative, you rely on data and feedback loops to inform strategy and continually refine your approach.
  • Cross-Functional Collaborator: Your communication style fosters trust and alignment among product managers, designers, engineers, sales, and leadership.
  • Hands-On Executer: This role is for a doer, not just a delegator. You’ll roll up your sleeves, test bold ideas, learn from results, and iterate rapidly.
  • Grit & Resilience: You thrive in fast-paced environments. Failures are fuel, and you use them to refine strategies and push boundaries further.

Why Join Us?

  • Pioneering Impact: Put a well-established product suite on the map—your strategies will shape how our brand is perceived for years to come.
  • Innovative Culture: Join a team that values experimentation, bold thinking, and continuous improvement.
  • Professional Growth: Hone your craft at the cutting edge of product marketing. You’ll be encouraged to learn, lead, and grow.
  • Meaningful Work: Your efforts will directly influence how customers discover and embrace technology that can transform their businesses.

If you’re a forward-thinking, creative product marketing leader hungry to redefine what’s possible—let’s talk. Send us your resume, a short introduction, and any relevant work samples that showcase your ability to turn complex ideas into market momentum.

Welcome to the future of product marketing. We’re eager to see what we’ll create together!
