Role Overview
We're seeking a hands-on Product Marketing Manager to drive how we communicate product updates and innovations to customers and the market. You'll be key to boosting product adoption, improving conversion rates, and establishing AppFollow as the leading solution for app reputation growth.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll work closely with our Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure our product story resonates with all customer segments and drives measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive product updates and announcements through newsletters, social media communities, and direct customer communications
- Maintain and optimize product landing pages
- Keep product materials and feature presentations updated for Sales & Customer Success teams
- Create compelling case studies and accelerate customer testimonial collection
Key Performance Indicators
- Content engagement metrics across all channels and formats
- Lead generation from product marketing activities and content
- Conversion rate improvements for free-to-trial and trial-to-paid funnels
Required Qualifications
1. Experience & Background
- 2+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS
- Product-led growth or Enterprise sales experience strongly preferred
- Remote startup experience with proven ability to work independently
- Mobile app or ASO industry experience is a significant plus
2. Technical Skills
- Data-driven approach with proficiency in analytics and AI tools
- Modern SaaS tools expertise: Amplitude, HubSpot, Intercom, Canny
- AI-proficient: expert use of ChatGPT, Claude, and AI content creation tools
- Video production skills for product content (Screen Studio, CapCut) - plus
3. Communication & Skills
- Fluent English plus one additional language (Russian, Spanish, Portuguese preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable being company spokesperson and public speaker
